VI Jornada CIBERER «Investigar es Avanzar»

Desde Retina Comunidad Valenciana os invitamos a asistir a la VI edición de la jornada de difusión de la labor investigadora del CIBERER, «Investigar es Avanzar» el próximo 26 de febrero en el Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe de Valencia (programa adjunto) que coorganizamos junto con FEDER.

Esta jornada se enmarca en las celebraciones previas al 28 de febrero, Día Mundial de las Enfermedades Raras. El CIBERER y FEDER quieren aprovechar este momento para comunicar a la sociedad en general, y, en especial, a los colectivos de apoyo a los afectados, los últimos avances y aplicaciones de la investigación sobre las enfermedades raras.

FEDER presentará sus actividades solidarias y también su colaboración con la Universitat de València. Por otra parte,  investigadores del CIBERER pondrán en valor la gran importancia  de los registros en enfermedades raras -concretamente en enfermedades metabólicas hereditarias-, presentarán un modelo de investigación en enfermedades raras que beneficia enfermedades más prevalentes, y además nos expondrán los beneficios de la colaboración entre investigadores y afectados en los casos de síndromes de Cushing y Williams. Finalmente, se presentará el documental «Raras pero no invisibles», creado para divulgar la investigación española en este tipo de patologías.
